Her love

Her Love
Her love, dark ocean at night
Quiescent undulation
Gently caressing the arms of the shore
Pale misty light of a full moon

Her love
Wind on the waters
Rippling the surface
But never changing the deep currents in darkness
Beneath the waves you can’t feel the rain

Her love
A mystery
Unknowable as Mona Lisa’s smile
Soft
Subtle
Unstoppable as the sunrise
