Treasures ~ Songs of the Sea Witch

Seaglass bubbles
in nets older than you fatherr

Marine menagirie
bits, pieces and flakes
Dried kelp
spiral and scollop shells
Nails and concrete

She sings to them
Her treasures
(What?
youth tought it was pearls and gold?)
She touches them gently
with love
for they are fragile
as was her heart. . .
