Healer’s Hanbook

First: Heal yourself – You can be of no use to others if you have not addressed your own injuries

Second: Understand why you want to assist in the healinng of others – A healer serves others, never the other way around

Third: You can not heal anyone, you can only assist the healing process

Forth: Healing is complex – As with complex math, healing has real and imaginary parts
