Sun & Moon & Shadows

always on the dark-side of everything
the shadows move
as the Sun seeks them

even if the Sun were smaller
quicker in his dance
i doubt he’d catch them

and when the Sun goes back home
Darkness doesn’t fall. . .
shadows crawl from their hiding places
merging
coalescing into the Night
(till sister Moon comes out to dance)
